How do vFlyer Bundled subscriptions work?
When you sign up for a vFlyer bundled subscription, you receive both the vFlyer Marketing Suite and a website with the vFlyer Sites service. You can sign up for either a monthly or an annual subscription. In either case, your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each billing period. For annual subscriptions, you will receive an email a couple weeks before your subscription is set to renew.

How can I pay for my subscription?
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) with billing addresses in the U.S. and Canada. For annual subscriptions, we also offer payment by invoice and PayPal. Please email us at support@vflyer.com or call us at (224) 263-0905 for either of those options.

Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. To cancel your subscription, just email support@vflyer.com indicating the email address associated to your account and when you want us to cancel the subscription. There are no refunds for partial months and domain name reservations.

Can I downgrade to a lower subscription plan?
Of course! Simply contact us at support@vflyer.com and let us know which subscription plan you want and we will take care of the rest. Your subscription will be downgraded at the start of the next billing period.

If I upgrade to a higher subscription plan, will I be credited for what I already paid?
Yes. When you upgrade your account, the amount for the unused portion of your current billing period will automatically be applied to your new subscription.

How do I know which subscription is right for me?
Each subscription gives you a different number of pages and amount of storage for your website. If you plan to only have a small number of pages on your site and don’t expect to upload more than 1,000 photos, then the Starter plan would probably be sufficient for you. If you think you might have a lot of pages or need a large amount of storage for photos and other content, then the Plus, Premium, or even Professional plan would make sense. You can always upgrade later.

Can I create more than one site in my account?
Yes. Although each subscription plan comes with one site license, you may purchase additional licenses at a 25% discount. Please call (224) 263-0905 x1 to set up additional site licenses.

Can I use a domain name I’ve purchased somewhere else?
Yes. We can provide you with simple instructions for how to point your domain to your new site.
